For the last two weeks, this location was just right for where I needed to be. I switched to a bigger room for week two and was glad I did, the king room gave me the extra space I wanted so I could unpack during my five-night stay. Restaurants, supermarkets and the Prince of Wales hospital are all nearby. There's no parking offered, but I had no trouble finding a spot out front or close by.

We had a great two-night stay and appreciated being allowed a late check-out. The room was clean, the king bed comfortable, and the bathroom excellent. Check-in was friendly, and it's an easy short walk to the shops and a good range of local restaurants. Circular Key is also a short walk away, where you can catch the light rail. We'd happily stay again.

Our room, 103, was spacious and really cozy. My friend and I felt at home, and checking in was very easy. Shops, cafes and the light rail are only about a five-minute walk away. Thanks to the front desk woman who lent me a USB-C charger for the night, sorry I didn't catch your name. We'll definitely be back!

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Roundhouse to see a gig, and after the stay I'd happily consider it or another property in the Sydney Lodges group for a future trip. The room was lovely, with comfy beds, great A/C and everything we needed for one night. I also liked the keyless entry and the pre check-in process, which made things smooth.

I called today to ask about possibly booking for a future trip, and the woman who answered was so rude that it put us off completely. I wouldn't recommend based on that call. What a shame. Edit: I can't reply to your comment, so I want to be clear that I wasn't rude on the phone. Whether English was her second language or not, she understood me perfectly. She was unhelpful. When I asked about parking, she abruptly said, 'NO'. I asked if there was anything nearby and got another abrupt 'NO'. I said 'OK', and the call ended. There was no offer to look into it or help find out. It's even more disappointing that you consider this acceptable from your front of house team. I'll leave it here so others can form their own opinions of the establishment.
