The cottage was so peaceful and private, and the lovely décor made it feel spacious. The bedding and towels were luxurious, and it was especially cosy on cold winter nights. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived: Gabby welcomed us, chatted through our travel plans, and shared tips for local attractions. There was a delicious breakfast pack with the best bacon, towels and amenities were refreshed every second day, and the wood for the combustion heater was continually replenished. The hosts really understand hospitality. Such a special stay, and we'd love to come back. It’s the most amazing place we’ve stayed in Tasmania.

A cute cottage with everything you need, and they supplied firewood, which we definitely needed for the fireplace in May. There was a bit of confusion during the recent ownership change, but they sorted it quickly so we weren't left waiting long. Air conditioning as an option alongside the fireplace would have made the stay easier. I'd happily return in the warmer months.

Greg and Gabby were lovely and gave us all the details we needed for a great stay. The local bacon and eggs were a thoughtful touch. Their little cottage is beautifully renovated and still feels new, just a short walk from Richmond Town. It's a gorgeous spot in a historic town, and we'll recommend it to lots of people.

We loved every minute and can't wait to return. Gaby and Greg made us feel at home, with breakfast supplies in the pantry and everything we needed to cook. The cottage was furnished with care and had all we needed, and its location made it easy to walk to everything.

Gabby gave us such a warm welcome and was happy to help with anything. The cottage is lovely, tucked into a quiet part of Richmond but still an easy walk to the village. We'll tell family and friends about it and hope to return on our next Tasmania trip.
