The interior design and attention to detail were beyond what I’d expect even at the most boutique hotels, and the amenities were impressive too. Then there are those gorgeous views out to Freycinet, which grabbed me as soon as I came through the ornate antique front doors. I never got tired of them, especially in the morning, midday, and evening. It was a pleasure to stay, and the trip will stick with me.

We spent four amazing days here as three couples, and the views across the water to the Hazzards and Schouten Island were spectacular. Each couple had a luxuriously appointed bedroom and bathroom, and Dragonfly was comfortable and beautifully furnished throughout. It’s also conveniently located on the east coast near wineries, beaches, and fabulous walking trails. We’ll be back.

With three couples, having our own ensuites and lovely bedrooms, plus those gorgeous living areas, made for a great holiday. The property is comfortable, picturesque, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. There’s nothing lacking, and we had plenty to do nearby, including walks, wineries, and a beautiful beach close to Dragonfly.

This was our fourth time at Dragonfly, and it’s still stunning. We spent three nights with the fire going and luxury all around us. The pantry and fridge were well stocked. I can’t recommend Dragonfly highly enough. Visit and you won’t regret it!
