We're leaving today and will be sad to go. Christine has looked after us, our friends and our two fur kids so well, nothing has been too much trouble. The property is brilliant. We had the chandelier room, with a really comfortable bed and couch, a big fridge and plenty of room to spread out between the bedroom and lounge. Breakfast was supplied, and we could sit in the magnificent dining room. There was also a pantry and fridge full of things for us to use. The dogs had plenty of enclosed outdoor space to run around, and in the Rutherglen heat, the pool and spa were a favourite. Our friends stayed in the garden suite, which was every bit as good as ours. Must Love Dogs B&B made for a great short break, and no doubt we'll be back.

We've been coming to Must Love Dogs with our dog for more than five years. You don't need to have a dog, though it helps, as there's a regular crew of friendly, welcoming host dogs in all shapes and sizes. Chris is a wonderful hostess, and her breakfasts set you up for the day. She can also suggest things to do nearby. It's always a pleasure to stay, mingle with other guests and meet their dogs.

Whether you travel with dogs or not, it's hard to find a B&B with a more suitable environment. Chris is genuinely welcoming and makes sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Everything you could want is provided, with no trouble. It's very well located in Rutherglen, and we can thoroughly recommend it.

A great choice for two couples who love dogs. This was our second stay at MLD, this time with friends, one of whom has mobility challenges. Chris worked hard to help and was very accommodating, offering suggestions and assistance that made the stay possible. The home isn't fully accessible, but we worked things out and had a lovely time.

Chris is an amazing, hard-working host, and the dog-friendly setting was great for my dog to meet all of theirs. A worthwhile place to stay if you need somewhere that accommodates dogs.
