The room is even nicer than the online photos suggest, and it sits right over the water with a lovely sunset view. Sharon and Chris were warm and accommodating, parking was easy, and everything was clean and carefully thought through. I especially loved the bath, and the bed was so comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. One of my best stays.

That bed felt like a big hug every night, it was so comfortable. We spent six days at B & B on the Water in October 2020, and Sharon and Chris made wonderful hosts. The breakfast hamper was great and topped up whenever we needed it. From the porch there was a lovely view, with a BBQ right there, and the walk along the lake starts just outside. I highly recommend B & B by the Water.

The water was right at our doorstep, and we also got to enjoy the local beaches during our three-day break. Sharon gave us a warm welcome. The place was clean, modern and private, with everything we needed to properly rest and recharge. Such a good spot for a relaxing getaway.

The peaceful view from the deck was lovely, and Sharon and Chris were so accommodating. We had an amazing trip to Sanctuary Point, and couldn't fault the room. We'll definitely come back.

From the bed, the views are spectacular, trust me. The property is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and Sharon made us feel right at home. There was plenty of walking and exploring to do, and we had a great time.
