Sonia and Joe are two of the kindest people I've met. They welcomed me so warmly and treated me like a friend. You can tell how much effort they've put into making this a lovely place to stay, and they keep showing the same care and attention throughout. I had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to come back. The studios sit right by the water and are beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Each one has its own garden with flowers and shrubs, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ, so there's a nice private spot to sit outside. My fridge and cupboard were full of fresh breakfast provisions, with a great variety, and they were topped up regularly. I'm so glad I found them. Thank you both for being so lovely ❤️

We arrived late from Sydney, after check-in had closed, but Sonia and Joe happily arranged a way for us to get in. We had booked the smaller room at a great rate and didn't expect such a relaxing stay. The room's colours, layout, decor, and all the little details made the studio feel like a five star resort. Our favourite touch was the basket of fruit and snacks with a handwritten welcome card. Kayaks and bikes are free to use, and the water nearby is so calm that we sat in our kayaks watching a beautiful sunset without being rocked around or washed away. Thanks, Sonia and Joe, for a lovely weekend. We'll be back.

The owners are very kind, and the room was spotless with a really comfortable bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and there was even a BBQ. It's a great place to relax, close to Hyams Beach and the other beaches around Jervis Bay. My family and I spent a few days here and definitely want to return. I highly recommend this holiday house.

Our five nights here were very relaxing. Sonia and Joe were friendly hosts who met us and showed us to our unit. The bed had crisp linen and the towels were fresh and fluffy. The fridge was stocked with cold drinks, bacon and eggs, muesli, jam, and some tasty treats. It's a boutique bed and breakfast tucked away by the lake in Sanctuary Point.

We had a relaxing stay, with a daybed to unwind on. The room was very clean and tidy, and the pantry and fridge were fully stocked for our three days. The hosts were caring and awesome. A quiet place with no hassle, highly recommend.
