The apartment was spotless, roomy, and felt almost new. We had plenty of space in both bedrooms, with big wardrobes and full-length mirrors, and the beds and couches were comfortable. There were TVs in the main lounge and master bedroom, and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the basics stocked, including tea, coffee, milk, toiletries and even sanitary pads. We were in Coffs for the Oztag Nationals and this was our first time staying in your apartments. Our host made getting in easy, kept in touch, and was available if we needed anything. The only thing we missed was an in-room washer and dryer, though there may have been one on-site. We walked into town to use the laundromat and met its lovely owner. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back, 10/10.

The apartment was spectacular, with lovely rooms and a view over the main strip. John also suggested watching out for celebrities, and we were lucky enough to see Russel Crowe having an ice cream and the beautiful Kate Fisher, a X Girlfriend of business tycoon James Packer, buying a Sun dress. The Simmonds boys really understand Hospitality. On arrival a handsome curly haired fellow greeted me, I think his name was John, then I met his brother Michael, a very well dressed man with a fondness for Negligee and Medieval re-enactments. The whole stay was brilliant. Lime was worth a mention too, the Mexican food was delicious. 5 stars!

Private parking is provided, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. 13 First Avenue Sawtell is a stylish little boutique hotel in Sawtell, in a really convenient spot if you're visiting or just passing through. The unit was comfortable and spotless, and check-in and check-out were easy. Recommended 👍

Really clean, roomy apartment in a great spot, and it was nicely furnished. You can use the stairs or the lift, and parking is available. The host was friendly and quick to respond.
