We stayed four nights in Sea Eagle Appt. No.10. The apartment was fine and had great sea views, and although the complex is older, it was well maintained. The problem was construction right next door during our stay, November 22-26, 2020. An excavator-mounted rock pick was being used, with loud, irritating noise from 7 am until 5 pm every day. Nobody told me about it before booking. If I’d known, I would have stayed somewhere else. It put a big damper on our holiday, and at over $200 a night I don’t expect to put up with industrial noise all day. A notice on the website or a discount for the noise would have been appropriate. Hopefully that helps the next renter.
