We were welcomed warmly by Craig & Rebecca, and the room was a pleasant surprise behind the motel’s understated exterior. The bathroom had been fully renovated, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was tea and coffee with fresh milk, plus an iron and ironing board. We heard very little traffic despite being near the main road, even on Saturday night, and Sunday morning was quieter still. A friend recommended the Benjamin Motel, and I’d recommend it to people passing through Singleton.

Really good value for money. The rooms have been nicely renovated and are furnished well, with useful things like an iron, kettle and fridge. A double room also has a single bed, which works well for a family. This place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend it.

If keeping costs down is your main concern, it’s clean enough and has had a recent renovation, though clearly done on a budget. The rooms are very basic, and you’ll need to sleep heavily with the highway and offramp right there. It’s usually the cheapest proper hotel in Singleton, and you can see why. If work books you in here, you might want a serious conversation with your boss.

The front desk staff were super helpful, and the beds were comfortable. It’s clean budget accommodation with an updated bathroom. I expected the road to be noisy, but it wasn’t a problem. I’d stay again.
