The sea views and location were good, and the upstairs bedroom felt spacious and had a nice vibe. The generously sized lounge suite was comfortable for relaxing. That said, the negatives matched the positives. Cleanliness throughout needs attention, and the decor feels very outdated and tired. The sunbed area outside was overgrown with black berries, which had also taken over the front garden. The backyard was poorly maintained, with a broken gate and falling fences, so it isn't secure for dogs. There are minor repairs needed throughout.

A beautiful property with nice rooms, a very comfortable kitchen and an incredible view. The cleaning wasn't ideal, though, and is the main area that could be improved.

Our favourite place in Appolo Bay. We come two or three times a year and book through Holiday great ocean road. The staff are so helpful.
