Kids Club was a huge hit, and my kids couldn't wait to go play there each evening. Smiggins Hotel is our family's favourite when we visit the snowfields. Belinda and the friendly crew make the stay relaxing and fun, and the service, comfortable rooms and beds, and amazing restaurant food all impressed us. The location is fantastic, with a free shuttle between Perisher and Smiggins. Our yearly snow trip is the best holiday ever!

The restaurant food was a real highlight, especially the steak, which was the best. Belinda in particular, along with the rest of the staff, went out of their way to make our stay lovely. We arrived early and they kindly helped us check in ahead of time. It felt like old-fashioned customer service, with the guests' happiness coming first. Everyone we met at reception, around the hotel and in the dining areas was polite, helpful and smiling, which really makes a difference. If you're thinking of booking, do it, this place rocks. Thanks to everyone, and especially Belinda, for a great stay.

The caring, welcoming daycare staff made a real difference to our holiday and gave my husband and me such peace of mind. Our 18-month-old attended for four days in August. I can't recommend the daycare enough, and we're so grateful to the lovely girls who looked after our little guy.

Smiggins was such a great experience. The slopes are ideal for kids and learners, and the whole place ran like clockwork with super friendly staff. The kids club kept the children happy too. Highly recommended for families :)

We had our first family holiday here, five nights with our family of four, and it's honestly the best one we've ever had. We felt comfortable and relaxed, and the customer service was fantastic. The kids went to dinner with the staff each evening before heading to Kids Club, so the parents could enjoy a three-course meal and drinks at the restaurant, all included in the price. The food was exceptional. Thanks to the reception staff for treating us like royalty, the cleaning staff for servicing our room daily, and the food and beverage team. Special thanks to the lovely head waitress working evenings at the restaurant. We've already booked the same time next year. The thought of going back to reality is devastating. Can't wait to come back, see you next year! 🥰
