Easy self check-in, a great shower, nice rooms and a good price. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We stopped here with my partner and our two young kids while travelling from Brisbane to Sydney. The rooms were clean, nicely set up and had all the amenities we needed. Even arriving late at night, self check-in was very easy.

We were able to get into our room early, which gave us time to change before the wedding we were attending. My husband and I were visiting Grafton and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Our room had two balconies, modern clean decor, a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

The linen was new, and the bathroom and shower were clean. But the carpet was dirty, and there was a smell in our room that seemed like urine. There also appears to be an issue with the fire alarm system. Signs in the bathroom and kitchen warn that a steamy shower or overly toasted bread could bring the fire brigade out at your expense.

When our car broke down in Grafton, Declan the manager was very understanding and let us stay later in the day while we waited to hear from the mechanic. The motel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. I can’t recommend the place, or the thoughtfulness of the staff, highly enough.
