The staff were really friendly, and I'd recommend this nice two-bedroom unit. The room was good, but the ensuite setup was a problem. It should have a door, because when someone used the toilet the light and fan came on and woke the other person. There's also a cutout in the wall between the bedroom and ensuite with no glass, and I'm not sure why.

We were happy with the price and service, and would stay again. A few very minor things kept it from a five: there was a small mix-up with the account, but it was fixed promptly when I asked. The apartment was lovely, large, very clean and serviced daily, with friendly, helpful staff, on-site parking and a great central location. Our view looked onto back yards and trees, though other apartments would have better views.

This is a lovely, very clean and comfortable apartment in South Townsville. The rooms and facilities are well equipped, with a laundry and balcony. It's close to the trendy restaurants and boutiques in McIlwraith Street. Highly recommend, and it's part of Rydges Group.

I've stayed twice, in two different apartments, and loved them. They're secure and private, the balconies are clean, and housekeeping comes daily if you allow it. Prices are fair and lots of things are convenient to get to. I'll stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in the two-bedroom apartment. Check-in is at Rydges, and the town center is an easy walk with plenty of food options. Would stay again.
