The reception staff were excellent, especially the two women, and the location beside the station is convenient. You do hear the train horns, though. The room was supposed to be one of the best, but it felt shabby and badly in need of an overhaul. The sofa was stained and had hair and crumbs on it, the floor felt sticky, and the outside table was covered in cigarette ash. It’s too expensive for this condition, so I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

The staff at reception were warm and welcoming, and the location was fantastic. The room and building were disappointing for the price, though. The place felt run down, with marks all over the walls, and the couch and headboard looked so worn and unclean that we didn’t feel comfortable using them. I wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment could have been cleaner, as some utensils still had food stuck to them. The staff were great, and the location is excellent, very close to both the tram and train station.

I hadn’t booked a room, but came in to use the bathroom. The staff were so welcoming and even gave us chocolates. It smelled quite nice inside too, and I’ll definitely consider staying here in future.

There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the train station is right next door, just a few stops from the city centre. The rooftop has a large shared area with a BBQ. You can hear the train with the windows open, but it wasn’t disturbing.
