The house itself was simple, clean, and in a good spot. We had a couple of trip issues outside A Perfect Stay’s control, including blue bottles on the beach, but still enjoyed the place. The management response is what put me off. They sent a really rude email saying they would charge us $99 to cut two keys, even though the only keys were the ones in the lockbox and we put them back at checkout. The message made it sound like there was no way to question the charge. I’ve seen other reviews mention similar unauthorised charges. I’m not happy about it, and despite liking the house, I wouldn’t recommend it because of the property management.
