We slept soundly, even though the pillows felt a little soft and the linen a little 'crunchy'. The room was clean and self-contained, with a small cooktop, fridge and conventional microwave oven. The beach was an easy walk away and most of the time it felt like we had it to ourselves, which we loved. A premium studio chalet gives you a private little oceanfront place with what you need to unwind and enjoy the quiet. It’s a little out of town, but walking or driving in is manageable, and Bush Mill tavern is such a quick walk. We had a super peaceful, relaxing stay. Thanks team, we’ll be back next time we’re over!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place, and I wish we could have stayed longer. The view was stunning, with easy access to the beach and nice local restaurants nearby. Everything looked new and clean after the renovation. They supplied good quality tea and coffee, plus nice Australian aroma shampoos. Highly recommended.

The views were fantastic, and the layout gives you clever privacy. It was exceptionally clean, with quality appliances and furnishings and thoughtful equipment. Highly recommend staying longer, since one night isn’t enough.

The cabins are compact but thoughtfully designed and well appointed, with a pretty beach below. We could even see the view from the shower. It’s a unique stay in a wonderful spot overlooking the bay toward Freycinet national park. At $300 a night, it is a little dear.

We changed our plans and stayed in Swansea and at the Chalet for an extra day so we could enjoy the amazing view and the lovely Chalet properly. The furnishings and products were quality. It’s only a short walk into Swansea, either by the beach or the road. We stayed two nights.
