Really great stay. The room was top notch, the staff fantastic, and the price was grate. Close to the city, but far enough away to chill in a Victorian style house with a lovely court yard. Easy walk to fairy and bus. Will be back all the time, thanks.

The room was large and beautiful, with four windows looking out over the street and the Paramatta river. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making the rooms and decor look lovely. The shared bathroom was always spotless, and I never had to wait. It didn’t bother me that it was shared. Having a sink, kitchen counters and a fridge in the room was great, especially for freezing water for the next day. It’s reasonably close to the city, with a ferry to Circular Quay and buses from the nearby stop every 5-10 mins. Excellent place, I’d highly recommend it.

Even though I gave very little notice before visiting, the owners gave me the warmest, most hospitable reception. The residence at the entrance is gorgeous, the garden is beautiful, and there are new cottages at the rear. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more. Love it.

It’s a lovely old townhouse turned B&B, and they’ve kept many of its original features. The room was tidy, the service was good, and the ferry terminal is just a five-minute walk away. From there, it’s about 15 minutes by ferry into the city.

The breakfast and dining space opens onto a gorgeous, quiet garden, which is a rare find in Sydney. Collingwood Lodge itself is a beautiful old mansion converted into a hotel. I’d recommend it if you want easy access to the city without staying amid the CBD’s noise and traffic.
