Azure Apartments by Urban Rest

The repeated problems with cleanliness made this a disappointing stay. On my first night, I found someone else's hair in the sheets. I reported it and asked for fresh ones, but the replacement set was stained and came in an unsealed plastic bag left on the floor outside my door, beside the main entrance gate. It was raining heavily, and bugs could have got in, so I worried the sheets might have been contaminated before I brought them inside. The next set, after I reported the issue again, had visible hairs, a hole and a large oil-based stain. It made me question the cleanliness of other things, including the towels. I don't usually get acne, but my face broke out during the stay and cleared up just after I left, which added to my concerns about the bedding. Even after several reports, I never got clean sheets. That's a basic expectation for accommodation. Choose somewhere else.
