There was plenty of room for all eight of us in this lovely modern house, with great bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s an easy walk to the beach and shops. The lock up garage and off street parking were a nice extra.

The house was pretty, clean, and in a great spot, around a 20 minute walk from bondi beach. The cleaning fee added a hefty amount at checkout and made the nightly cost a lot higher, but even so, I think it was worth it.

The host was very accommodating and checked in to see if we had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and the place was thoughtfully styled and family friendly, with a great yard, BBQ area, and all the amenities for a home away from home. Our family group booked both the Sid & Nancy in North Bondi for a reunion. I couldn’t have chosen a better property. We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

The property and its location are lovely, and we had a great stay overall. We only had one towel per person for the whole visit, which became a problem since they didn’t dry quickly enough. More towels would make things more comfortable. Also, The Nancy management messaged us about excessive noise and asked us to keep it down, but the noise was actually coming from number 55. Around 100 teenagers partied next door over two days, keeping us and our little kids awake into the early hours. The owners can’t control their neighbours, but it made our stay pretty unenjoyable. Those young people are permanently next door, so guests at The Nancy are likely to keep having issues.

We had a beautiful stay in Bondi, especially as a group. The team were incredibly hospitable and great about helping with anything we needed. Would highly recommend this place.
