The rooms have amenities, and there's a shared laundry and kitchenette. Staff were friendly, with good customer service and communication.

I've been here since last Friday and still have the same sheets and towel. I called to ask for clean linen, but was told it was too late.

I've stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was the worst one I've ever been in. There was no air conditioning or even a fan, and cockroaches were all over the place. I killed at least 25. Worst of all, two days later I woke up covered from head to toe in what I expect were bed-bug bites. I'm not kidding. This place needs a health inspector to shut it down, or it needs new management.

The good location and low price are about the only positives. It's a short walk to Burwood station and the Westfield shopping centre, and they let us keep our caged rabbit in the room, which was the only place we could find in Sydney that would. As others have said, it's not very clean, the rooms are ancient, and there's no fan. I wouldn't really recommend it, but it may be OK if you know what you're getting.
