The location was great, close to all the shops we needed and near the highway, so getting around was easy. The family also enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The room was well soundproofed too, so we couldn’t hear people yelling around the pool at 10pm unless we opened a door or window. But it was far too dirty, and I wouldn’t stay there again. There was dried urine on the toilet, and after five minutes walking on the carpet the soles of my feet were completely black. The washing machine kept showing error codes, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed because it had no latch, and the pull-out sofa bed was badly broken and impossible to sit on. Neither bedroom’s TV remote worked, even after we changed the batteries. It definitely wasn’t worth the money.

I’ve spent a lot on hotels before, but this was a last-minute choice for four people and cost less than anywhere else we found for four, even compared with prices for two people over two nights. I wasn’t expecting much because it was cheap, but Room 710 was clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette and washer-dryer. My main complaint was that WiFi wasn’t free. It’s opposite the Crossroads Hotel, a block from 7-11, and only a few minutes’ drive from Woolies. I’d stay there again without hesitation.

Absolutely disgusting and dirty. There was used toilet paper and discarded ECG heart monitor stickers on the balcony, the toilet seat wasn’t attached, there was drug paraphernalia, and there was blood on the bedding. The online pictures didn’t match the actual rooms. Staff didn’t care when we raised these issues. We left within half an hour and forfeited our money. They also don’t tell you that they house homeless people.

The mattress springs sagged so badly that I couldn’t sleep comfortably. The room smelled musty, and I couldn’t find a single clean spot. The facilities felt worse than an inn, so this absolutely isn’t a four-star hotel. I never want to stay here again.
