The shared kitchen was a highlight for us: roomy, well equipped and with an excellent coffee machine we really enjoyed. Jeff was a lovely host, friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at home. The room was comfortable and inviting, and everything was clean and well cared for. The hotel is also in a very convenient spot, so getting around was easy and stress free.

I paid for a room with AC, but the host shut it off without telling me, and my room no longer has AC. When I asked why, he said it was making too much noise and gave no further explanation. I was supposed to be in one of the more luxurious rooms. I won’t recommend this place to my colleagues at UNSW.

Even though we arrived late at night, the host was very friendly and helped us check in. The rooms were clean, and the keypad locks made them feel secure.

I arrived and there was literally nobody there to help me check in. It was crazy, and I had to find somewhere else to stay. This is no joke.
