A handy choice for a layover or short stay, with the airport close by and easy access to the CBD. It’s about 1 km from the terminals, has a shuttle available, and is near Wolli Creek train station. The rooms are generally spacious, clean, and comfortable. After travelling, the outdoor pool, restaurant, and bar make for a relaxed stay, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some parts feel a bit dated. A few guests have mentioned hallway noise or minor cleanliness issues. Parking and shuttle costs are extra, but the convenience usually makes it worthwhile. A good 4-star option for easy airport access and reliable service.

We’re a Diamond Accor member family who stay weekly, and this was one of the most genuine, enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. The rooms, food, and especially the people made it special. We’ll absolutely be back. The staff were welcoming and genuine from the moment we arrived, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The restaurant was outstanding. Its staff kindly offered a late menu for our family and were patient and considerate with our children. Their kids’ meals were healthy, quick, and delicious, which isn’t always easy to find. We also ordered the shared steak, and it was magnificent. Breakfast was just as memorable. The breakfast staff were so kind and genuine, giving our day a warm, relaxed start.

The airport shuttle was simple to book and the trip was quick and convenient. We had a great stay and would gladly come back. Our family found the rooms very spacious and well kept, and we enjoyed the restaurant’s lovely atmosphere and great food. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. When a small room issue came up, they fixed it quickly and professionally, and even upgraded us to a better room, which we really appreciated.

It was the staff who made the stay so lovely. Reception were gorgeous, caring, and really helpful. The restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were so sweet. Daryl was lovely and makes amazing coffee, and the ladies serving breakfast and dinner were so kind. The lovely pregnant woman was a delight. We’d initially booked just one night, then had to change it to two, and they were very helpful in a stressful situation. The room was comfortable. Everything was easy, from requests to arrival, departure, parking, and the gym. Would stay again!
