John made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, with friendly, professional service. The food was amazing, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The customer care was outstanding, and it’s clear John takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customers. I had a great experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

At Crossroads, the food is consistently good, and the staff are what make the place special. Every person is friendly, kind and welcoming, and they really make us happy to be there. It’s rare for the people at a place to make such a difference, but Crossroads does.

The ocean platter was generous, with fresh oysters, scallops on the shell, prawns, salt and pepper calamari, battered fish, chips and slaw. I went for a meal with my mum, and the food was delicious with great service in a lovely atmosphere. It’s becoming one of our favourite places to eat.

I waited nearly an hour for a pineapple Margarita jug and ended up very disappointed with the whole experience. I ordered it by scanning the table barcode, but after 40 minutes it still hadn’t arrived. Someone at the next table ordered dessert and coffee through the app after me and got theirs first. A waiter was friendly and apologetic when I showed him my receipt, and he told me to take it to the bar. I had to queue again behind four people. I was polite and respectful to the staff, and showed the woman who served me my bank transaction and email receipt. I told her I’d ordered 50 minutes earlier and asked for less ice, but she gave me attitude about that. She didn’t apologise, smile or reassure me after I’d waited close to an hour. She treated me as if I was after freebies, even though I hadn’t received my drink. Please check the camera footage to confirm what happened. The customer service was very poor, and I’m asking you to do better, retrain this woman in customer service, and address the rudeness and disrespect. Serve people with respect and a smile.
