Excellent location Darling harbour

We were left without anywhere to stay for the night. When we arrived, nobody was in the lobby, and nobody answered after three calls. I hadn't received a voicemail or any message beforehand about collecting the key. Eventually the guy called back and said there was an “issue” with the room, so we couldn't stay that night or for the rest of the booking. He said he'd move us to another hotel, but when my friend and I got there, that hotel's staff, who were much kinder and more helpful, said they hadn't heard from him. I called him again and asked for a full refund. He gave us no further help finding somewhere to stay. Absolutely awful customer service.
