Fraser Suites Sydney

The gym and pool were nice, and the cleaning service was great. Staying at Fraser suite was the best experience for me, and I was able to explore Sydney really well thanks to Fera's kindness and sincere customer care. When I checked in, Fera greeted me with a big smile and knew Sydney very well. She suggested China town night market, Korea town, Japan town and the firework in Darling harbour. I stayed from 23/1/26 to 28/1/26 this year.

K.T and Kevin both gave superb service. They were friendly, professional, attentive to detail and ready to help with anything, and I felt well looked after throughout. They seemed cut from the same cloth when it came to customer care, and really, all the staff here are fantastic. My stay at Fraser Suites on Kent Street, Sydney was smooth from arrival. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, so it was a relaxing visit. Fraser Suites exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend it and definitely stay again.

After giving it a lot of thought, I chose this hotel, and the view was lovely and the room was clean. I strongly recommend it if you like city views. I booked a One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment and was glad to get a top-floor room with exactly the view I wanted. It was a bit disappointing that Christmas was cloudy, but I enjoyed the stay so much that I'd like to come back. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. Housekeeping needs to be more consistent, and that's why I can't give Fraser's a full five stars. The room wasn't visibly dirty, but the cleaning seemed cursory. There was a lot of dust high up on the bedroom curtains, enough that I had to request it be cleaned. One day they more or less arranged the pillows but clearly didn't make the bed. The bathroom looked clean on the surface, but I watched the housekeepers just wipe the floor with towels, put things back and call it done. I don't know whether the bathrooms ever get properly cleaned and mopped, and I'm not sure the rooms are vacuumed thoroughly either. Before each guest checks in, every unit should get a proper deep clean. Looking neat doesn't mean it's clean. We also had to wash the plates and utensils before using them because they didn't look properly washed. Even with that issue, Fraser is a great place to stay, and I plan to choose it again next time I'm in Sydney. I hope management sorts out the cleaning provider by then. The location of Fraser Suites on Kent is fabulous. Regent Place shopping arcade is right next door, with a variety of places to eat and a handy shortcut across to George Street. Our one-bedroom suite was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It's not new, but everything worked and looked decent, and the water pressure was excellent. The kitchenette was thoughtfully equipped too. Better quality spatulas would be useful, along with basic salt and pepper, cooking spray or small butters in the fridge, and small packs of foil or cling wrap. A simple air fryer would be nice as well. My wife and I stayed for seven nights in early February 2026, and overall it was an excellent stay.
