The renovation looks nearly finished, with a grand opening due this week. The lounge and bar have been redone really nicely across two floors, with a bar upstairs and another downstairs. We enjoyed the food, and the staff were very friendly.

For Mardi Gras weekend, you'd think they'd make sure the hot water was working. We got cold water until 3pm the next day. When we went to ask about it at 11pm, there was no hotel manager in sight, so a bar manager served us a drink to “warm things up”. I also left an AirPod in a room and tried calling three times, but no one answered. Someone needs to be at the desk to pick up the phone. I won't stay here again, especially at that price. It wasn't worth it.

The food was fresh, full of flavor, and cooked just right. Everyone was cheerful and friendly, service was quick, and the team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole place felt warm and inviting. Can't wait to come back.

We had dinner and drinks at Harry's Bar while the renovation was still nearing completion. The work didn't get in the way of the visit. The grand opening was planned for March. Service was very good, and so were the drinks, beers, and pizza.
