We booked this place for just under a month after moving back to Sydney, but left early. The apartment was dark, damp and horribly mouldy. The smell was awful and stuck to our clothes even after we left. They promised to refund us for the unused nights, but paid less than we’d agreed. When I queried it, they said they’d send the rest. They never did. I wish I’d asked for the cleaning fee back as well, since it was a few hundred dollars and the place was dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Emma, Ana and the team gave us such a first class welcome. The place was a really lovely surprise. It’s clean and well appointed, and the welcome snacks disappeared fast with my kids. The photos don’t capture how charming and airy the living area and kitchen are. Divine. So good, 10/10.

The service from The Apartment Service was exemplary, and the view across Sydney Harbour from Cremorne point was incredible. We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Special thanks to Maria, our contact while we were there. I highly recommend booking with them and will use them again.

Anna, the property manager, was wonderful, and communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean, and its location was perfect, close to shops and Sydney Harbour. We loved staying here during our Sydney visit and will definitely book it again next time.

For 15+ years, The Apartment Service has managed our Sydney apartment, and they’ve never let us down. We live overseas, so they’ve taken the hassle out of owning property there. The service is prompt, professional and personable, whether you’re renting or letting. I highly recommend them.
