Medusa Boutique Hotel

The room was gorgeous, with lovely little details, and the staff were kind and courteous. They even brought us a bottle of Rose for our honeymoon. We'd forgotten we needed a universal charger, but they quickly lent us one. We loved our short stay so much that we're coming back after our week-long cruise. The location was ideal for shopping and going from bar to bar.

I really enjoyed my nine nights here in early January. It's a quiet hotel in a nice neighbourhood, with plenty of good food places close by. A bus stop is near the entrance, though I usually walked five minutes to Oxford Street for more bus options. The building looks like a large house from outside, but the check-in area and the rest of the hotel made a good impression. Staff were lovely throughout. The receptionist even showed me to my room, something I can't recall happening at other hotels I've stayed at. A few days later, another staff member said hello when I ran into him in the neighbourhood while he was walking his dog. The two people on duty when I checked out were very friendly too.

As a solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable here. The welcome and care were lovely, and the service was wonderful, 10/10. The interior and architecture are beautiful too. The cat and all the mirrors were a fun extra. I'll be back soon, this is the best accommodation I've stayed in.

We were upgraded for free to the velvet suite, so no complaints from me. The place was close to everything, and the staff were lovely and friendly. Our room was very clean, with gorgeous interiors and nice little details. Loved it all!
