Meridian Hotel

Beer prices were one of the best surprises, easily among the cheapest around, so it's a good place for a casual drink or weekend hangout. I had a great time at the Meridian Hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly as soon as I arrived, and made the stay easy. The atmosphere felt relaxed but lively, and Saturday's pool comp was a highlight. The pool area was great for relaxing with friends or meeting new people. Great vibes and value, I'll definitely be back.

This visit to the pub left a really negative impression. Service was poor, and the security guard seemed to lack basic customer service skills. His manner felt rude and unprofessional, and at times came across as racially discriminatory. Hospitality venues should make sure customers are treated with respect and fairness.

The room was comfortable, with a great bed and pillows, plus a large, beautiful bathroom. I took points off because of the noise. The location is close to a lot of things, but around 4am a banging sound started and kept going, loud enough that I couldn't get back to sleep.

The pub itself is the best, but the security guard has no manners or discipline and doesn't know how to speak to guests. His name is Sam or something like that. Please raise this with management.
