Mill Hotel Milperra Panania

I’m very fussy about cleanliness, so I was really pleased with the room and how well everything was kept. There were only a couple of slightly dusty spots, and the in-room facilities were just right. The manager was patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful, and the cleaner helped out too. I loved my stay and would happily book here again if I’m in the area. My one small gripe is that the phone wasn’t always answered during operating hours. Apart from that, I was so happy I chose this place. It was fantastic, and I wish I could’ve stayed another day or two. Hope to return!

The space is large and the service was friendly, though I had to repeat my order so they could confirm it. I came in late in the evening for a meal at the bistro. It wasn’t busy, but my small taco dishes took around 15-20 minutes. The grilled steak tacos had a marinade I enjoyed. The Butter Milk Chicken Taco, though, wasn’t crunchy at all, and there was very little salsa. Neither taco really impressed me, and they felt like they’d had no effort put into them. I’m still debating whether to come back.

The food is amazing, but I needed to arrange a large upcoming function and couldn’t get through. I called several times over the last two weeks and not one call was answered. I would’ve liked to hold it at The Mill Hotel, but ended up booking my second choice because the phones just weren’t being picked up. That’s thousands of dollars The Mill staff have lost. I hope the owner and manager are proud of their staff 😡

Had such a good time at The Mill. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. Shayla made us feel welcome and helped make it a fun stay. Thanks for the hospitality ❤️❤️🍻🥂🥳
