We came to Sydney for a concert and had a hard time finding somewhere for all of us, so I booked this place without expecting much. It turned out to be a lovely surprise. They gave us a welcome drink, and everyone was so friendly. I want to congratulate every person who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The handyman showed us to the hotel and fixed our room door. Housekeeping were kind, the receptionist who gave me the keys was lovely, and the woman who served my drinks was wonderful. You can tell how much care goes into making guests feel welcome. I loved staying here and will definitely come back. Seré útil. Respira.

The location worked well for us, with places to eat nearby and Woolies close by. Our room was tidy, clean, and well kept. I booked and paid through Booking.com, then got a message asking me to pre-check in through a link and enter personal and card details. I assumed the card was for a deposit, but the system charged it again. Reception tried to arrange a refund on the day we stayed, but later I discovered two more transactions had gone through. My account had been charged four times for one night. I emailed them yesterday to get this sorted and said I'd change my 4-star rating to 5 once the money came back. Update, 25/03/2025: I received three refunds, so I've changed it to 5 stars. Thanks, Nightcap!

We stayed three nights in room 10. It was quiet, clean, and affordable, and all the staff were welcoming and really lovely. The housekeepers did a great job too. Thanks for having us, we'll be back. Hope you liked how we left the room, housekeeper to housekeeper.
