We only stopped in for drinks, not to stay. It's a typical Irish bar just steps from the Cross, with a local feel and reasonably priced drinks. Live music on some nights makes for a fun visit.

On Sunday, Damian made my friend and me feel so welcome, and we had a sensational pint of Guinness. Huge credit to the staff. Damian really was the soul of the place.

The staff are cool, the Guinness is excellent, and I loved seeing a couple of dogs wandering around the pub. Great place.

It was my first Saturday night there for Drag Karaoke, and I loved it. The crowd had great energy, people of all ages were having a good time, and you didn't need to know the words to join in. Beers were $8 and spirits $9, so good value too. Highly recommend it for a fun night out.

A few weeks ago, I was walking my date back to her place in pouring rain when a friendly gentleman who was closing the shop noticed us. He came out with an old umbrella and handed it over, saying, "I think you need this more than I do," then wished us a good night. Thanks for the umbrella and for being so kind. You made that night feel even more magical for us.
