The venue is a little dated and could use some work, though that's probably me being picky. The views are spectacular, and it's worth it to have them all to yourself. We really enjoyed our stay, and the kitchen was fully set up.

I had a horrible experience with this host, so I'd avoid the place. I stayed at Amaroo Mountaintop Villa for Christmas 2023, and the stay itself was pleasant and uneventful. As part of the booking, the host (accommodated.com.au) asked for a damages bond, which I transferred. It wasn't returned after I left. When I got in touch, they made a series of claims I found misleading: first they said the bond hadn't been paid, then they re-quoted my original invoice with higher amounts, then tried to add unexplained fees, and eventually stopped replying to all my emails. If you're thinking of booking, don't, save yourself the trouble. If you're connected to this host, this exchange happened in writing. Ask the host for the emails and make up your own mind.

The outdoor jacuzzi is phenomenal in any season, especially winter. This mountaintop palace is incredibly comfortable and so well positioned.
