The location is the kind of place people hope to stay, and our room was clean with a lovely view. Rudi and Avalon were wonderful hosts, and the bird feeding was my favourite part. Getting to hold a wild Kookaburra and King Parrot during feeding time is something you don't get to do just anywhere.

Breakfast and the birds were a real treat, and Rudi and Avalon made us feel so welcome. The property is beautiful, and their hospitality made the stay even better. Palm Beach (Summer Bay!) is such a picturesque spot. I'd happily recommend staying here.

Breakfast on the deck with birds all around was such a treat. The garden is full of impressive trees, and from our cosy, comfortable room we could see the ocean. Gorgeous place.

We came for three nights to get some rest and had a lovely time. Our room was roomy, with a gorgeous garden view, and breakfast was nice. The birds were so cute. Thanks, Avalon and Rudi, for making us feel so welcome ❤️

The bird feeding show was a fun addition to a delicious breakfast. Avalon and Rudi clearly take pride in making the stay memorable, and they were wonderful hosts. The rooms were immaculate and the setting had stunning views. A lovely choice for a quiet getaway.
