They also advertise airport transfers, but what that means is they give you three companies to contact yourself, since they don’t manage the transfers. This stay wasn’t worth the hassle, and all four of us were extremely disappointed. We were overcharged for the accommodation given the problems and poor customer service. The garage advertised as secure couldn’t be locked, and someone opened it while we were there. Wi-Fi was promised but not included. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the lounge unit was underpowered for the space and kept shutting off on its timer during the night. In that heat, none of the four guests could sleep through the night. There were several cockroaches in the rooms as well. We raised all of this with management and got no response until I requested a follow-up.

I’ve stayed here several times and can’t fault the place. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops for food and supplies. The people running it keep everything immaculate and are always friendly. Five stars, and I can’t recommend it enough.

We spent three weeks there, and the internet didn’t work from the first day, even though the property advertised it as included. Had I known we’d have no internet, I wouldn’t have chosen the place. The landlord was flippant when we complained, saying it was a free service. It wasn’t free, it was part of what we paid for, and this was a known problem before we arrived. Very disappointing.

A huge three-bedroom apartment that works really well for families. There’s secure parking, and with small kids it’s an easy one-block walk to the free Parramatta city loop bus. A great little park and a large grassy area right next door are an added bonus. Highly recommend, we’ll be back. :)
