Margie, the property manager, made my month-long stay comfortable with her kindness and support. Parkside Apartments at 35 Grose Street, Parramatta had top-notch facilities and a location that suited my needs perfectly. It was hassle-free, and I’d highly recommend it 👍.

Margre was a great help during our stay at Parkside Apartments. The place was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great.

I won’t stay at Parkside Apartments again. Margre Van Impelen, who works there, cannot be trusted with personal privacy or confidentiality: she takes screenshots of booking confirmation forms and texts that private information to other people. She sent the Bunya Productions confirmation booking form on April 18th @ 21:10pm. Linda (manager), check her phone if you don’t believe me. You don’t seem to be taking my complaint seriously, and have ignored it. I’ve spent at least 50k on accommodation with you. Don’t book with Parkside Apartments.

The bus stop is near the apartment, so I could take a bus to the shopping center. Margre was really nice, explained everything, and told us how to get around the area. Her introduction to parramatta helped us get to know the city. My partner and I stayed here for three nights, and the apartment was very clean and convenient for everything.

The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the location is excellent. The owner is very helpful and accommodating.
