We had a delightful two-night stay while we were in town for the Ed Sheeran concert, and the hotel made getting to Accor stadium easy. The staff were amazingly helpful with check-in and parking, and knew the area well. They were very busy but still stayed back to welcome us with refreshments when we returned. Our twin-room apartment was clean and nicely presented, with fresh towels the next day. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting convenient access to the stadium.

The rooms felt fresh and we slept well. Being able to sit with a drink on the balcony and hear the sound check made the stay feel like an extra part of the Lady Gaga concert, and it was so convenient. When we arrived, the team welcomed us and played Gaga's top hits while checking us in, which added to the excitement. Management clearly cares about the guest experience. After the show, staff handed out snacks and water and helped people into the lift. They really went out of their way to make it a special night. Please pass my thanks to the whole team ⭐️

I have a medical issue, so being able to rest in the room and walk straight to and from the concert was a huge help. Quest added a lot to an already great Metallica night. We booked last-minute tickets and a room on Friday at lunchtime for Saturday, and it was the last room available in Homebush. It was very expensive, but worth it. Walking back from the stadium took only 10 minutes. From booking through checkout, staff communicated well and replied quickly to texts. They even found me a miracle car park. The small lifts took a while after the concert, but staff organised the wait well and had snacks. The Metallica-themed uniforms, decorations and music were very cute, and staff greeted us warmly when we got back, asking about our night.

We stayed for a week and never got tired of the place. Everyone was lovely, including the cleaners, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Great, amazing. Definitely recommend staying there.

We were there for Lorde's ultrasound show and came away genuinely surprised in a good way. The facilities were really clean and the staff lovely. They even had Lorde music playing in the lobby, such a cute touch. We'll be back :)
