We came to Sydney for the first time, my friend and I, and wanted to keep costs down without giving up comfort. We got a very clean room with a huge bed, a nice bathroom, and a cool view. The hotel is right in central Sydney, near Gordon station and lots of different restaurants, including Thai and Japanese. It’s decent, affordable, and close enough to the city. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it. I think the negative reviews are pretty dramatic!!! 🙄 Alisha was cheerful, accommodating, and very nice to us. The staff at Seranin Gordon were all patient and kind. I think we also met Patrick, who was just as nice, humble, and down to earth. I don’t understand all the complaining about receptionists. Maybe those people should go to Hilton if they think they’re so important. Seriously 😖 Thanks so much for your service. We really appreciate it. Lots of love ❤️💖✨ Angelo

Titus, one of the counter staff, was very friendly to us. Transport is convenient, and there are supermarkets and McDonald's nearby. White parrots came onto the balcony and played with us. Trains pass by, but the noise didn’t bother us at all. The place was cleaned after three days and was very tidy. Opening the balcony door let in fresh air. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

I called the advertised mobile number to check a booking detail, hoping to speak with someone. It diverted straight to voicemail, which said the mailbox was full and couldn't take a message. I can't book without getting that information, and the whole thing was disappointing.

The kitchen was really good, and I stayed for 14 days without a single complaint. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area, especially near the train station. After arriving from India following a long journey, I found the room, location, and service all just right. The staff were helpful and never disturbed me. I had a pleasant stay.

The girls had trouble with one of their keys, but staff fixed it right away when they mentioned it. They were friendly, efficient, and kept an eye out for my two daughters and their two friends during their two-night stay. I was happy with how it went, and so were they. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff provided extra bedding and towels when asked.
