Breakfast was delicious, generous and clearly prepared with care, a lovely start to each day. Silvermere Guest House itself is peaceful and picturesque, with beautiful gardens that make it hard to leave. From the moment we arrived, Lew made us feel truly welcome. His warmth and attention to detail set the place apart. The rooms were stunning, elegant, comfortable and thoughtfully styled to suit the World Heritage setting.

We’ve stayed in plenty of places on our east coast road trip, but Silvermere was our favourite. The hosts were such a delight, and the beautiful house and gardens made the stay special. Breakfast was outstanding too. We’d love to come back when we’re next in the Blue Mountains.

We spent the evening reading by the fireplace while someone played piano, and I’d happily do that again. The hosts made us feel welcome, and breakfast was delicious. There are bushwalking tracks nearby, and the place has lovely gardens and a classic heritage-style interior.

The gardens have lovely views, and the house itself is gorgeous. We had a clean, lovely room and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Our hosts were wonderful during the weekend getaway. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it.
