Tempe Hotel

The hotel feels calm, and there's outdoor seating as well as a bar and restaurant downstairs where you can get coffee, a meal, beer or other drinks. It's easy to reach by bus and worked well for a short stay. The room was spacious and very clean, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The firm mattress was really comfortable too. The bathroom sink is tiny, barely big enough to wash your hands. There also wasn't much space to hang or organize personal things. Some hooks or racks on the walls would help with clothes and all the bits you bring when travelling. The staff were kind and welcoming, and it was nice to have someone help us carry our luggage up the stairs.

I had a layover and the airport turned my daughter and me out at midnight. Everywhere else was booked or had a 2pm check-in, but this hotel took us in when nobody else would. The staff were absolute angels, so sweet, helpful and understanding. After a hard airport bench, I got to sink into a cozy bed and take a warm shower. Pure bliss. I can't believe how soft the bed is! I know there's a bar, grill and plenty more on offer, but for me it was all about being comfortable and the kindness we were shown. I pray abundance and wealth for the hotel and every staff member here. Give them all your money!

We had our son's first birthday in the function room at Tempe Hotel, and the food the hotel catered was a big hit with all our guests. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and everyone felt comfortable and well looked after. Nat was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help coordinate the day. Nothing was too much trouble, so the whole process felt stress-free. I can't rate the place highly enough. Thank you for making such a special day memorable. I'd definitely recommend it as a venue for your next event.

The restaurant downstairs is handy, and I ordered a chicken schnitzel that came on a plate bigger than my head 😄. There's happy hour at the bar around 4-6pm too. I watched the sunset from bed through the decent sized window with the blinds up. My room was really clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There's a locked pin door between the accommodation and the downstairs bar, which made the place feel really secure. I'll definitely be back :)
