The Fullerton Hotel Sydney

We stayed just one night at the Fullerton Hotel Sydney, but it left such a strong impression that I've meant to write this review since early last year. Right from arrival, we were greeted warmly and a friendly porter quickly took our bags up to the room. Check-in was smooth, and the surprise upgrade to the 27th floor made a great start to the visit. The room was beautifully appointed, and service throughout was impeccable. We spent the evening at the bar, a cozy and inviting place where the staff's warmth and humour made it memorable. They were attentive without hovering, and funny while staying professional. The drinks were expertly made and beautifully presented. The desserts were even better, each a treat that made us want to linger over every bite. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations, from the room to the facilities and elegant common areas. It delivers luxury hospitality at its best and knows how to make a stay memorable. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and exceptional service in Sydney.

That birthday surprise made our weekend. We came back to the room to find a personal card and a lovely slice of cake for my wife, and it turned a special trip into a lasting memory. The team at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney clearly put thought into looking after guests. We'd upgraded to a Heritage Room and were glad we did. It was spotless, beautifully furnished, full of historic character, and still had all the modern comforts we wanted. From arrival onwards, the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. My wife and I had come from the Gold Coast for the weekend, and the whole stay felt flawless. This has set a new standard for luxury and service for us. Thanks to everyone who made it special. We'll definitely be back, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

We walked to the Rocks, Circular Quay, the botanic gardens, and the opera house from here, so the location worked really well. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it. Our room wasn't cleaned on the last day, and getting fresh towels turned into a hassle. Nobody answered the phone, and our tablet request didn't go through. I eventually found someone from housekeeping down the hall. The rest of the room was roomy, with a comfortable bed that was probably one of the best we've slept in. The bathroom was nice, though the faucet knobs took some figuring out, and getting in and out of the tub was tricky for me because I'm short. It was still nice to soak our feet after a full day walking. The shower had plenty of space, with both a rain head and a wand. We'd booked a deluxe king but got upgraded to a higher floor premier king. They also had a room ready when we arrived at 10 in the morning, which was great. Breakfast was included and had a terrific range of food; the cappuccinos were excellent and service was great. We went around 7 to 7:30 and it was quiet. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. We were there for my husband's birthday, and a piece of cake with happy birthday on it was waiting in the room. We stayed three nights at the end of October. Sorry this review is late.
