The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery Hotel Collection

Mikaela, our wedding and events executive, made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was kind, helpful and organised from start to finish, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. She helped everything run smoothly on the day. We recently held our wedding at The William Inglis Hotel and had an amazing time. The hotel was accommodating, and the staff were professional and attentive. The food and service were excellent, which made it even more special. We’re grateful to Mikaela and the whole team, and would highly recommend the venue for a wedding or special event.

Clara welcomed us at reception and upgraded our room. She was friendly, accommodating, and really went out of her way to meet our requests. My sister and I spent a couple of days at the William Inglis hotel and loved it. The rooftop pool was lovely, and the good weather meant we could spend time there. Breakfast was good, and dinner was even tastier.

We booked the executive suite and it was just right for us. The place was peaceful, and it felt like a home away from home during our pleasant few nights there. Room service was much like other hotel room service I’ve tried: average and overpriced, with odd amounts of condiments for the food. We didn’t come for the room service, so I’m not taking stars off for it, but I wouldn’t expect too much from it.

The Garden Pavilion worked really well for our business event. It’s spacious, private and free of outside noise, and the walkway lighting at night makes the venue memorable. The food was average, in my opinion, but the service was superb. There’s heaps of free parking too. A great option for weddings or private events.
