UKO Paddington

Living at UKO Paddington for almost three years gave me a lot of great memories, and leaving was genuinely sad. The apartment was quiet, with a king-sized bed, smart TV and fast, free Wi-Fi. It was furnished, so I didn’t have to sort out furniture, and Wi-Fi, electricity and water were included. The facilities were cleaned regularly, with extra cleaning gear available for residents. The community made the stay especially enjoyable. I met lots of people and made new friends, and there was a downstairs lobby with a kitchen, backyard and laundry where tenants could hang out. Yulia ran regular events like Christmas parties and dinners, and kept a tenant group chat going for event details, updates and news. She was kind and quick to reply, and whenever something came up, she worked on getting it sorted. Vin, Brani, Nasta, Clara and Yulia were all great community managers, hosting events and helping with unit issues. Applying was quick and easy. The UKO team were supportive, professional and responsive, and the location in Paddington was handy for buses, stadiums and the entertainment quarter. I’d recommend it for a short or long stay. Brani, our house manager, really made the stay for me. He kept us posted about events and things to do around the city, brought fresh linen and towels, and was always ready to help or offer advice about city life and job hunting. UKO also puts on fun events where you can meet the other residents. Finding a place in Sydney from overseas can be really hard, but the application was simple and I secured accommodation before I arrived. The place matched the pictures and was in a nice area. I had a great stay at UKO Paddington and would recommend it to anyone coming to Sydney.

Clara, the community manager, was approachable and helpful, and she dealt with any problems quickly. I stayed at UKO Kensington for six months after an easy application and apartment booking process. I’d recommend it if you’re planning to stay in Sydney. Thanks for a great experience.

UKO Paddington gave me a good place for a short stay just after I arrived in Sydney. The manager was very helpful, and the friendly atmosphere helped me feel at home in a foreign country. People are welcoming, and regular group events give the place a strong sense of community. Highly recommended!
