Urban Rest Parramatta Apartments

We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The PIN code made entry convenient, and there was plenty of street parking over the weekend, free after 6pm. The Hassall st paid parking garage is on the same street, just a short walk away. It’s reasonably priced and has everything you need, so it’s great for families. The curtains are sheer, though, so a child sleeping in a porta cot in the living room might wake up early. The main door handle is quite low, and my toddler managed to escape a few times. Otherwise, highly recommend, with just those things to keep in mind.

The room was really clean, nicely designed, and in a good part of Parramatta. I’d definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Everything was well organized, and the staff communicated well by phone. I enjoyed my stay.

We had an eighth floor corner apartment with a balcony, and they let us check in early, which was really convenient. The apartment had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a washer and dryer. Toiletries were provided, and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap were good quality. Keyless entry was handy, communication was very responsive, and the gym and sauna on the first floor were awesome. Shopping, restaurants, the train station, bus, and parking were all within walking distance, no more than an 8 minute radius. The only issues were that most TV options required a paid sign in, which matters if you spend much time in the apartment, and there was only a coffee pod machine with pods, no tea.
