The drinks were the one good part. The food was terrible. We finished it only because we were so hungry, but we won't return or recommend the place. We wished we'd cooked at home instead. The “chef” could use a few cookery lessons, since we could have made a better meal ourselves.

We were seated outside, with people smoking nearby, which I'm sure isn't legal. The wine charge was wrong too: we ordered a glass but were billed for a bottle. When we asked for a refund, they would only give us the bottle. Dinner had taken over an hour to arrive, and the food was very poor. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The beef parmy and mixed grill were good, but my veggie burger was a letdown. There was hardly anything on it, the patty was average, and the chips were cold.

We stumbled on this place by chance and were glad we did. It was a relaxing couple of days. The room is tucked away at the quiet rear of the pub, and parking was excellent. Tanunda's main street is within walking distance, with plenty of places to eat nearby.

All three meals came with lukewarm chips, and the chicken burger looked like half of a Coles fried chicken patty. We won't be back.
