A magnificent place, in a perfect position for exploring the Barossa. One of the best properties I've stayed in.

The beds were really comfortable, and the bathrooms were excellent. The place is beautifully renovated, luxurious, very clean and peaceful, with a great location and lovely provisions. I couldn't work out the air conditioning: even after changing the settings to switch off the fans and raise the temperature, it still seemed too cold. Written instructions would help. Otherwise, it was absolutely brilliant.

Villa Maria made a very comfortable base for our Barossa vineyard visit. It's a beautifully appointed place for a couple or family, with huge bedrooms, each with an ensuite, and a big lounge for spending time together. The old village location is great, close to the main street, cafes and museum. Our host was extremely helpful and brought fresh supplies when we arrived. Breakfast was provided, and we cooked it ourselves in the large kitchen. Wifi, a smart TV and air conditioning in every room made the stay comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we'd return and highly recommend it.

A lovely house for a Barossa trip, with great air conditioning and everything well appointed. Every bedroom has its own ensuite, including a fantastic rain shower. We'll definitely be back.

The house was nicely fitted out, and the town was just a five-minute walk away. We only wish we'd stayed longer.
