We emailed East Coast getaways a detailed account before posting, but never heard back. Fair trading has now been contacted and a formal complaint lodged. The listing photos gave a very different impression, and the place was unclean, as other reviews also mention. We arrived to find linen missing despite having checked in three adults and two children. Only one bed was made up, with the worst linen. There was no air conditioning during last week's heatwave, so we sweated through the night and got sick, and no WIFI to keep the kids occupied. We came to escape the heat and spend a comfortable weekend, but it was a great inconvenience. Overpriced, with zero customer service. Avoid booking through East Coast getaways.
