We booked at the last minute to get away from the 45 degree heat, and the aircon was amazing. Our rooms were tidy, the pool was clean, and the managers were lovely and attentive. We and our two dogs had a great stay. The Terminus is within walking distance, and the bakery and IGA are about five minutes away.

When our car had trouble on departure day, Kerry let us stay an extra night and pointed us to her mechanic. That kindness summed up the whole stay. Rod & Kerry made us feel like family, sitting down for a chat over a beer, and their hospitality was so genuine. My partner, our dog and I had a wonderful time, with friendly staff and fantastic accommodation. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend staying here.

The only small issue was a noisy ceiling fan, though we used the air conditioner and it wasn't a major problem. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and the motel was very clean and tidy. Thanks to the staff at Birch motel Tocumeal for making our short visit pleasant. We'd recommend it and plan to stay again. xx

Kerry & Rod have transformed the motel since taking it over earlier this year, and they're lovely hosts. We stayed Dec 26th-29th and had a really amazing time. The location is great and affordable, the room stayed cool with a ceiling fan and aircon, and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was ace, and we can't wait to return.

The shops are an easy walk away, and there was plenty of parking. Our room was immaculately clean, the hosts were friendly and accommodating, and even the other guests were awesome. I'd 100% recommend this gem for a getaway.
