Michael checked me in and was friendly and easygoing. The motel is tucked into a quiet residential area, and my room was comfortable and clean. It had an adjoining door to the next room, which seems handy for parents with kids or groups. I was travelling alone and booked a double. The room had a split system air conditioner, 32" TV, double bed, couch, table and two chairs. The kitchen came with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with grill, hotplates, range hood, tea, coffee, milk, and plenty of plates and cutlery. There was also a large two door closet with extra blankets, an iron and ironing board, lots of coat hangers, and a full length mirror inside the door. The bathroom was small but more than adequate. There’s a large covered outdoor BBQ area and a pool too. I’d happily book here next time I’m passing through.

Graeme and Pam went out of their way to make our group’s stay pleasant, and we felt very welcome. The rooms suited our needs, the location was quiet and close to the Golf Club, which has a courtesy bus, and there’s a great golf course nearby. We’ll be back. Thanks.

Graham looked after our group of four gliding pilots fantastically, and we’ll be back. The All Seasons rooms are well equipped, with full sized fridges, split air conditioners, and cooking facilities in each one. There’s also a central BBQ and a pool.

Our group of 19 stayed at this motel over the weekend of 15th September 2019, and in my opinion it was disgusting. There was soiled linen in the cupboards, mouldy towels, holes in the walls, and terrible hygiene and maintenance. The owner didn’t seem to care and just shrugged his shoulders. This place shouldn’t be open for business. Do yourself a favour and keep driving past fast. I’d give it less than one star if I could.

The rooms are big, quiet, and self contained, though the place is showing its age. We were comfortable. It’s hard to find if you’re coming from the main area. In Tocumwal, everything shuts early, so eat at the pub or Cafe, which shuts about 7pm.
